Wenzel Coaching offers a variety of mountain bike
training
programs for all levels of mountain bikers. Skills sessions and
lessons are also available for those who aren't quite ready to race
or for those who want to take their skills to the next level.

focusing on mountain biking can be divided into three levels:

Cross Country Mountain Bike
Racing:
This
focus combines mountain bike and road training including endurance
rides, interval training,
racing as training and specific skill training, including climbing,
descending, run-ups, sprinting, spinning and big gear training in addition to other
exercises. The off season program also includes weight training
specific to mountain bike racer and
allows for cross training (such as cyclocross, running or skiing) in
addition to other cross training arranged by you and your coach.
Programs include minimum and maximum training times
for each workout in order to utilize the time you have available.
Available at all program levels.
24-Hour Mountain Bike Racing
Wenzel Coaching offers both
individual and team programming for 24-Hour
racing with coaches who have both ridden and coached 24-Hour races
such as 24-Hours of Moab. We understand the training as well as the
little details that make the major undertaking and organization of a
24-hour race successful. Whether you are riding with a team or on your
own, a Wenzel Coach can help make you experience stronger, more
comfortable and ultimately faster.

Ultra Endurance Mountain Bike Racing
Leadville 100 anyone?
Ruta de Conquistadores? Whether you are planning your first attempt at
an ultra endurance race or looking to take the step to the next
level, our coaches can guide you through the training as
well as the ins and outs of riding off-road for extended hours of any
major ultra endurance event. Your coach will help you dial in your
training, recovery, nutrition and pacing for your event.
